In order to develop new international market opportunities, we are recruiting an:

International Business Development Associate

The International Business Development Associate is responsible for participating in accomplishment of the company’s strategy and goals, delivery of tasks related to the expansion on the new international markets and successful establishment of the investment projects. This position plays also an important role in building the company as a socially responsible entity which is based on Christian ethical values.

Key Responsibilities

International Markets:

• International business development correspondence and preparation of strategic documents
• Identify business leads and opportunities on international markets
• Support and coordinate International markets development
• Present and communicate the company externally
• Maintain international clients relationship through regular contacts
• Gather market trends and suggest corrective actions

Digital Marketing:

• Participate in creation of company’s digital image and online presence while taking care of the company’s authenticity
• Reinforce company’s marketing activities on international markets
• Develop and manage digital marketing content by bringing new suggestions and ideas
• Monitor competition, online trends and secure benchmarking analyses

Qualifications and Skills

• Master degree in international business, ideally from a Swiss university
• Several years of experience in business development and advising on business development opportunities. Experience in international setting is a plus
• Perfect command of written and spoken English, able to deliver marketing content for various online and offline publications and editorial content
• Knowledge of the Balkan languages (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian …) is a big advantage.
• Proven presentation skills with abilities to communicate efficiently in front of the large audiences and key international stakeholders
• Experienced in practicing and promoting Christian professional ethics
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and time management skills
