Full-time Head of HR (m/f)

at Crosslend in Berlin DE

Your role & responsibilities:

As Head of HR you are responsible for all people topics at CrossLend, including talent acquisition, retention, performance & feedback, as well as organisational development, employer branding, and HR operations. You continuously develop and optimise existing HR processes in line with our business objectives and growth plans and make sure we offer a world-class employee experience. You will provide guidance to our HR Team (currently 2 FTEs).

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

- You work closely with our talent acquisition manager to make sure we attract high-potential employees using a variety of channels and approaches

- You improve our existing recruitment processes and track key recruiting KPIs

- You equip our hiring managers with better interviewing techniques and actively help our leadership team evaluate and assess candidates for all levels, from junior entries to senior executives
